This non-contact dynamic sealing structure effectively reduces friction loss, avoids melt overflow under continuous working conditions, and adapts to high-pressure and high-viscosity media such as PE, PP, PET and nylon melt.
Matching with the spiral structure, the rear packing seal serves as a reliable static sealing barrier. Made of high-temperature resistant graphite, PTFE or aramid packing, it tightly fills the stuffing box gap. When the melt pump stops running, the spiral dynamic sealing function fails, and the packing seal can completely block residual melt leakage and prevent external air and dust from entering the pump body, avoiding material oxidation and equipment failure.
